1. License Grant

  • KabirSoft Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your business operations.

  • This license is valid only for the number of users and/or locations specified in your purchase agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Software.

  • Rent, lease, or resell the Software to third parties without written permission.

  • Use the Software for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.

3. Ownership

  • All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of KabirSoft Solutions.

  • This agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software or its source code.

4. Data & Privacy

  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and protection of all data entered into the Software.

  • KabirSoft Solutions will not be liable for any loss of data due to misuse, hardware failure, or third-party breaches.

5. Support & Updates

  • We provide technical support during the agreed service period as per your purchase plan.

  • Updates and upgrades will be provided according to your support agreement, and additional charges may apply for major version upgrades.

6. Payment & Fees

  • All payments are due as per the agreed schedule in your invoice.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • KabirSoft Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

  • We may terminate your license if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  • Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies from your systems.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City], Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

  • KabirSoft Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the Software after changes means you accept the updated terms.
